Refund policy
We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement request, you can contact us at thewhitepenny@outlook.com. Please be sure to include pictures of the item(s) with good lighting and flash and include pictures from multiple angles. You must also provide a description with as much detail as possible of the issue and when or what occurred. Due to the personalization of these items, returns and refunds cannot be issued at this time. However, we can replace the item(s) that you originally ordered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take note of the quality of the printed image, overall appearance of the item, and if any damage occurred during shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement of the item you have within the 14-day period. For replacement items, the fastest shipping option will be provided at no additional cost.
Refunds
Due to the customization of most items offered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds at this time. We will notify you once we’ve received your replacement request and inspect your item, and let you know if the replacement request was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with the updated tracking and shipping options.
